** Within The Fence **

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

i'm locked behind the barb wire, struting about in an enclosed world. what on earth is beyond the line, i would never ever know. the fence is a barrier that keeps me in, a barrier that keeps them out. i'm living in my own little world.
looking over the fence, straining to look into the fog. the figurine of people i see beyond. embracement is futile, i know, because the fence keeps me within. as much as i can do, i just keep calling out. people hear from from afar, they hear me as they hear others. yet do they see that i'm behind the fence? costant sound travels wide, view of solid does not.
when can i be set free from this place? when can i enjoy what others feel? i long for the outside world, i long for their embracing touch. behind this fence i stand, the overhead lights that shine, down on this lonely body of mine...

within the fence...i am...

** Design Proposal - Inside & Outside **

"the inside of the inside is the inside of the outside"

a house, in particular would be the urban inside. the interiority of space that moves in a linear progression, following square, grids, lines. putting the urban inside into the outside surrounding context, the outside, in comparison becomes indefinite. lost without directions, overly confusing with disorientated positioning and directions.
the urban house is a programmatic conclusion, an area which is easily recognisable and straightforward. one would not get lost in it, however, at times, would be overwhelmed by the amount of directions and orderly mannerism. instruction overloading, one just has to get out!
in contract, the outside, the country, brings surprises and is without whatsoever directional program. the curves of roads, the up and downs of hills, the randomness in positioning, all in all becomes senseless. a distance view is unreachable without much thought and exploration. a haven of non program.
the outside, a place where urban city dwellers run to after having too much of a coordinated life. would they survive the total opposite of what they had been living in? a contrast of survival, having altogether to learn to survive again in an alien surroundings - the outside.
what is the middle ground of the inside and the outside? south morang possess both these qualities. being at the edge of the inside and yet touches the tranquillity of the outside. it becomes the neutral zone for both extremes. they share both directional programs and randomness of both sides. streets in south morang, curve from side to side, houses positioned in awkward orientations, though all being in a planned coordination, it is planned to be as such. it brings to mind the effect of planned garden suburbs where clusters of parks are being planted in the middle of a housing/commercial area. south morang forms the resolve of bringing two sides together. using the linearity to perform the randomness.
a house that is neither the inside nor the outside. a house that neither pushes out the neighbours nor invite the neighbours in. a house that embraces city lifestyle with the implementations of the country nature. a house that is randomness with program. yet just a simple house, that brings surprises as well.

** Inside Outside **

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

"the inside of the inside is the inside of the outside"

a normal house is the urban inside. putting the urban inside into the outside surrounding context, the outside becomes undefinate. programatic runs within, an area recognized and straightforward. the outside, however, brings surprises, which is unknown.
what is middleground to the inside and the outside? a house that looks neither urban nor country. just a simple house, with recognisable programmes, but yet, having surprising twist of the unknown within as well.

---------# end of rambling crap #----------

ok oh well i wrote the stuff up there. how many people understood what i wrote up there?!?! none i bet! well hopefully my design tutors do understand it..or else i'm dead...haha
well what is the in between of things anyway? is there an in between? would there be a middleground for yes and no? is there neutralism in good and bad?

** The Key To My So Called Heart **

The Keys to Your Heart

You are attracted to those who are unbridled, untrammeled, and free.

In love, you feel the most alive when things are straight-forward, and you're told that you're loved.

You'd like to your lover to think you are optimistic and happy.

You would be forced to break up with someone who was emotional, moody, and difficult to please.

Your ideal relationship is lasting. You want a relationship that looks to the future... one you can grow with.

Your risk of cheating is zero. You care about society and morality. You would never break a commitment.

You think of marriage as something precious. You'll treasure marriage and treat it as sacred.

In this moment, you think of love as something you thirst for. You'll do anything for love, but you won't fall for it easily.

** Number Nine **

Your Birthdate: February 9

Your birth on the 9th day of the month adds a tone of idealism and humanitarianism to your nature.

You become one who can work easily with people because you are broadminded, tolerant and generous.

You are ever sensitive to others' needs and feelings, and you are very sympathetic and compassionate.

Your feeling run deep and you often find yourself in dramatically charged situations.

This 9 energy always tends to give more that it gets.

ok..this probably is true...maybe...hmm...

however, i think i work better alone...i don't really like working in a group.
well, as long as my group members aren't sleeping members then i would be totally happy to work with them.
yes i may be a person who works easily with others, being broadminded, tolerant and generous, but in the end i feel myself suffering the consequences of my own good attributes...

meeting my group members later to do a group presentation (again...which i did most of the work the previous countless times)...hmm...should i just throw the work to them this time?
