i am a small town boy from the countryside. this town is called sitiawan. well no maybe its not called countryside, more like kampung. but i would reckon kampung means countryside anyway. it just sounds not so beautiful in malay.

what do you call a small town kampung boy who goes to the national gallery of victoria (NGV) to look at paintings by the infamous Camille Pissarro? an imposter or a wannabe? you people with terrible minds...its cultured!

i'm not very educated on arts and paintings, but i did enjoy Pissarro's works. The First Impressionist. very impressive indeed.

and after that? i feel cultured...and educated. i am a cultured country boy for the day =)...

another 25 minutes more before i go for site excursion...and i'm still wondering away my ability to wake up so early. thus i am spending time blogging.

7:30am
i just realized that one of my phones has betrayed my trust. its showing 8:30am while my other phone and computer shows 7:30am. which should i trust? i better message wieka to confirm the time now.

6:55am
oh no wake up wake up! open your eyes you sleepy head! you only have half an hour to prepared to go meet up with will, george, tito and wieka for site excursion! (i thought it was 7:55am)

i met the tutors and my other classmates at the corner of franklin and swanston street. we are going on a site excursion to deakin, la trobe, rmit and monash uni.

8:00am
its so hard to wake up when you had to wake up a second time after the first. is it really 8:00am now? or is it 9:00am? am i late? hopefully not.

7:00am
oh no wake up wake up! open your eyes you sleepy head! you are going to be late if you don't wake up now. oh wait...the end of daylight savings starts today. that means i get an extra hour today. and that means another hour of sleep time...let me lie down...just for another hour pretty please...

i will never ever trust daylight savings time again.
